ADYAL has opened the site www.adyal.fr (hereinafter “the WEB site") destined for the personal information of web-surfers (hereinafter the "web-surfer" or "user").

This Internet site is published and developed by the CENTRALE CONVERGENCE company.

Access to and use of the WEB site are subject to the following general conditions ("General conditions") stated hereunder as well as to the applicable laws and/or regulations.

The WEB site constitutes a work of which ADYAL is the author within the meaning of article L 111.1 of the Code of Intellectual Property.

The design and development of the WEB site have been provided by 5ème Gauche.

The name ADYAL is a registered trademark.

Any waiver by ADYAL to take advantage of a breach of any of the provisions of the General Conditions shall not be interpreted as a waiver of its right to act in respect of a breach of any other provision.
