The property market is constantly evolving and the range of professions in the sector is widening. The qualifications required from candidates are consequently also changing. Whether it be Housing property (Co-ownership, Management, Transaction) or Commercial property (Property Management, Facilities and Services, Asset Management, Consultancy, etc.), the sectors are opening up more and more to different profiles ranging from graduates with specialised technical diplomas such as a BTS or CQP, to candidates with more generalised backgrounds such as engineering or business school graduates, or university graduates with 4-5 years of higher education.

A NETWORK OF “LEARNER" COMPANIES

To guide our associates and all new employees in their development, a partnership with the ESSEC group was launched in 2005 in the form of an in-house university open to all: the URBANIA & ADYAL Academy. This Academy offers everyone a high standard of continuing education enabling them to develop their skills throughout their career.

GUIDED INTEGRATION

Our doors are open to young graduates as well as more experienced candidates. We offer the former, on the one hand, long-term work experience programmes enabling them to discover our working environment before joining a team permanently, and on the other hand, “Junior Management” schemes including a training programme specifically drawn up by the ESSEC Group. More experienced candidates can also benefit from integration programmes as soon as they join the Network and have access, for example, to part time high-quality courses specialising in property.
