As the leading property services company in France and the only independent major player in the market (not part of a financial service company or part of a developer), ADYAL maintains a strong sense of
corporate values which dictate the way it operates.

 KEY DATES

 

2009 : Adyal develops Advisory services, Management PM-FM, Letting & sales and Appraisal Services.

2007 : With almost 17,000,000m² of properties managed, ADYAL confirms its position as French leader in commercial property management. 
 
2004 : The commercial property activities are split between two brands:
1 - ADYAL for all the management and area planning activities
2 - ATIS REAL remains exclusively reserved for transactions. The Vendôme Rome group cedes its commercial property transaction activities and the ATIS REAL brand to BNP PARISBAS IMMOBILIER.

2001 : The Vendôme Rome group becomes a 75% partner alongside the 60 professionals who make up the management of WEATHERALL GREEN and SMITH, a major player in the commercial property sector in the United Kingdom for more than a century. Vendôme Rome's turnover of €409 million is shared between two main branches:
- all the national and international commercial property activities are grouped together under the new name ATISREAL,
- all the property activities for private individuals are grouped together under VRSI - Vendôme Rome Services Immobiliers. Vendôme Rome confirms its unequivocal position as European leader in property services. 

1999 : A continued policy of external growth positions the Vendôme Rome group as European leader in property services with a turnover of €307 million (acquisition of the German group Müller, and of Cogetom, and ATBG in 1998, development of activities in South America).


1996 : With the acquisition of 55% of the Auguste Thouard group, the Vendôme Rome group reinforces its position in commercial property and becomes the French leader in property services. 


1989
Creation of the Rome group of which the Union Foncière et Financière becomes the main subsidiary and the start of external growth and international development. 

1933 : Creation of Union Foncière et Financière (Property and Financial Union) by the Foncière Lyonnaise. A company specialised in the management of real estate assets of private individuals and businesses.
