GENERAL ELETRIC INTERNATIONAL AND ADYAL HAVE SIGNED A 3-YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT.

This agreement entrusts ADYAL Facilities with the mission of ensuring the management of the property and all related services for all GE sites or agencies situated in France and Belgium.

It aims to establish a long-lasting cooperation between the two brands. The main missions of the ADYAL structure specialised in Facility Management and directed by Philippe BELLINI will be:

The optimisation of operating costs

The setting up of occupier services

The management, coordination and control of service providers and works

The management of leases and relations with the lessors. The management of user requests via an E-center and monitoring of satisfaction ratings,

The management and distribution of the operating costs of the buildings and the occupier services per agency and cost centre.

The first opportunities arising from this contract have taken shape with GE EQUIPEMENT FINANCE and GE HEALTHCARE : GE EQUIPEMENT FINANCE has entrusted to ADYAL for a three-year mandate, the management of the property and related services of all its agencies in France (17 agencies).

GE HEALTHCARE has entrusted to ADYAL for a three-year mandate, the management of the property and related services of all its agencies in France (24 agencies).
